You are missing the essence of my question. EAD vacchaka right away high paying FTE kil vellala or do high paying contracting for 2 to 3 years and then settle for a mid level laid back job? I want to get a pulse of which approach people think is better.

High paying FTE ante inka next managerial roles lo digaali and progress chupinchali. It is gonna come with it’s own share of responsibilities and tensions.... finally EAD vacchaka job should take back seat and family time should take front seat ani naa feeling. We gave our best in our prime, do we still have to work around the clock?
