Villa in My Home Ankura in Tellapur or G+4 in Kondapur

We are looking at villa plots in Mokila/Tellapur with the intention of possibly retiring and building in 5-10 years. Some people have suggested to buy villa but we don’t want to for the reason shoddy construction without us being present there  and maintenance after being handed. For rental ROI US is always better. Prices don’t seem to have gone up last one year and probably end of the year there might be some deals.

You are sensible .... keep it up.

Pre constructed villas are for dumb people.

I bought in ankura last year for 2.6 c and its worth due to the location than kondapur as it is over hyped and reached saturation already @Venkatlukky

I just googled and saw ankura photos. could not see a single tree in the location.. Is it really worth 3-4 crores..

looks like not even a park is available there... just zoom into jubilee hills location, how beautiful the tree cover looks there.. at least bigticket villa buyers should keep these things in mind.

sensible post , For the same 3-4 cr investment you will get a decent home/condo which can give you a steady 2-3k monthly income atleast

Rental ROI , US is best

Property appreciation , India is best

so choose wisely depending on if you want to go back or stay here..

Jubilee hills was not known for greenery in 90’s and 80’s.  When so much construction going on, probably they cleared everything and will plant again. My Home is a reputed name and if anyone don’t want to go through the hassle of own construction it is a good option.  But only if for personal use, buying villa or flat for renting that too staying out of the country doesn’t work imo.
