On what basis the insurance company are denying the claim & you can't genelize this you can complain and you have points inclining your side certainly courts also will rule your side and company has to pay with interest and all..

lawyer laki pette paisal babdalu.. case marchipopothae inka ekkuva save avuthayi

Distance relative kaka.. But Hearing dates ani 3 months.. 6 Months ki oka Date ichi Counter submit ani chepthae.. Trust pothandhi on Insurance/ judicial...

Check with IRDA ombudsman also... Its kind of out of court process..

already Court fees, amyamamulu, Lawye'r fees lani 1Lakhs karchu pettadu anta.. Vallu emanna chesukoni anukunna.. But health issues vasthae.. insurance ki intha problem vasthadha ani artham aiythandhi kaka..

As I said can't generalise it ombudsman ki complain cheyyakunda court povudu dheeniki. 

Majority of the claims do get settled unless there is a valid argument they cannot deny claim there is some missing link. 

Manaki health vishyam but vaallaku idhi business bad experience for your friend..

India la Insurance not 100% reliable but treatment is still affordable but in US you can’t afrord even a simple surgery without insurance 
 

US insurance and hospitals also fleece - highway robbery, nenu emergency ki pote basic tests like ekg, blood test chesi $16k bill chesindu- 1 hour unna hospital la daniki $8k room rent vesindu. Finally $4500 out of pocket bokka
