You cannot depend on insurance in India...we are At least another 10-15 years away from dependability on healthcare insurance. 
 

Time waste vyaharalu...if at all insurance kavalanukunte, Hospital provided insurances teesukovadam better..they are 0.5% better than normal policies.

Lot of cheating in professional way in usa

if you go emergency when you are on bed lot of hospital people come and talk to you like “ohh honey what happened how are you...etc”  later you surprised when you get bill See those people names who talked to you in bill like some therapy or this service...etc ani (which are not part of your exact treatment)

This is lot better. In India you lose money for insurance, hospitals, courts, Lancham, time bokka, peace of mind undadu.... Veetannintikante... Just money bokka is far better

Both India and US lo daytime robbery in regards to healthcare.

You are safe if you have network of friends and relatives.

 

If you have that network in India, you are safe there.

 

But as far as India is concerned....better to wait 3-4 years for pollution to start reducing with electric vehicles. Also, you need good passive income to live comfortable in India.

 

Better to save and invest while in US and then move to India.

Don't move if you have below 500k . period.
