I mentioned this before and I will mention it again, if people are able to exploit the law, then the law needs to be changed. This is valid for immigration as well as tax laws.

People in this DB are so hypocritical, you're okay with immigrants exploiting immigration laws in this country, you can exploit the F1 Visa rules by saying you work at a company while you're not, working on CPT...all of these are not violating the laws but exploiting the law. And you have a problem if Trump only pays 750$ in taxes by exploiting the tax laws or if Jeff Bezos made 10 billion dollars by exploiting the tax laws. As long as they are not evading the taxes, what they are doing is legal and they are entitled to do so, just like the immigrants in this country who are exploiting immigration laws.

Here is the math, Biden's flat rate on 401k match would mean you could only contribute up to 10k per year tax free instead of ~30k. But he never goes into the details of the proposal. And wherever Trump or someone else brings it up, he would simply say that he is lying. He keeps talking about how your tax rate will not change if you get paid less than 400k, but doesn't go into the details of 401k flat rate or matching contribution. I am sure Trump's blind supporters wouldn't care about the math, and Biden's blind supporters are blinded by the left propaganda to even think about this, but that's how the President will directly affect people on a personal level.

So effectively what you're doing is replacing cars that don't run with cars that actually run, so having more cars out on the roads is helping the environment?

How do you know for sure? Thaatha says IRS is still auditing his taxes.. so we don’t know yet if he has done anything illegal.. and there is that ongoing stuff in NY..

If he did anything illegal, he can be persecuted for it. But since it only came into light long after it happened, when he became the President, I don't see why the IRS hasn't done anything about it in the past if he indeed did anything illegal.

I don’t think you are following... the latest investigations in NY are an offshoot of the Mueller probe...so just wait .. if he wins .. we will know nothing.. if he loses.. we will know more... till then hold tight on your inferences..
