Starting a company doesn't mean people who are ready to dump a million dollars.

Majority of successful companies start small.

Y Combinator gurunchi vinnava? O Visa gurunchi vinnava? Most of my friends who started startup companies around the Bay area were on O Visa and got their green cards way before I did.

Also you don't need to be selected for Y Combinator to be on O Visa. You can get O Visa even with few hundred thousand funding, it's not really that difficult if you have the right idea.
