Yeh Govt pay cheyadhu kaka... Polavaram land acquisition to many other land acquisition kae inka money ivaaleru... Capital land acquisition ki istharu anukuntama...

And as per Home Ministry... Administration is purely States Decision.. Crts or Jurisdiction can only involve on Compensation.. Assembly ikkada kattali.. Secretariat akkada vundali ani cheppe right HC ki ledhu..

Every lower court cities the same judgement in their judgement.Crores of families are affected by these judgements which indirectly support extortion.

Ps: My best friend & his family are fighting for 6yrs.

HC can interpret it one way , SC can interpret it differently
