As per my understanding instead of 2022 , this will be effective immediately.

Not sure how it is possible considering 2021 fiscal year already started for uscis.

Senate tho pani ledu anukunta inka. Or may it needs simple majority. Not like UC. Not sure.

 Any changes to the bill need to pass both the house and senate again. If a senator doesn't like the changes made in house, he can block the passage of the bill again. without changes house lo pass cheste senate to pani ledu... but if the house changes the bill,  the changed bill has to go through senate again. This is my understanding..

But Omnibus bill ki add chesthe em cheyyaleru anukunta. That was the plan. Implementing now.
