House can remove the amendment but the amended bill has to pass through the senate again. Redbus video lo clear gaa pettadu.. If the bill changes in House then it has to go through the senate process again..

It's not that simple. For a spending bill there will be a lot of negotiations... Adding a massive immigration bill like this to the omnibus bill is very rare and if members in house and senate object to adding this bill to the omnibus bill, then you have to remove the bill from the omnibus..
