China is not CCP, most first gen ABCs are not affiliated with anything to do with CCP. Only some students in China are affiliated with CCP.

Why will an American congressmen irrespective of race support the Chinese Government? Republican or Democratic, no one is that low. If there were a war between China and America, American congressmen irrespective of their race will support America.

Then why even white senators are chinching shirts to support/benefit Indian community at the cost of STEM local students?? If we speak honestly keeping aside the emotions, Every one know if this bill is passed, it severely disadvantage local STEM students and opportunities for locals who aspire to be in IT field. If this bill is passed in current form,  I think in next 10-15 years, it will help Indians to monopolize the tech field in US. I wonder the representation of non Indian it IT will be no more than 10% then.

Why is this bill pro Indian? Why will this bill prevent local STEM students? You're giving the same number of green cards, but you will give them to a skilled worker from India instead of an unskilled worker from South America. In the end, if local STEM students have the caliber they can beat an immigrant without doubt with the facilities provided by the Government. So, why is this bill favoring Indians like you claim? In the end, green card is given to a person, not a country. So, why does the country of origin matter at all?

Okay akka, will this bill also eliminate the H1b fraud and replacing local workers with someone who are willing to work for low wages?? It is happening in every company IT dept kada. Definitely it will depress and stagnate the wages for local IT workers  because all of sudden you have tens of thousands of more people in job market with unrestricted labor access gives more bargain power to corporates to bring the tech salaries to lower level.
