-- Appointments will be canceled until Mar 2021. 

-- F1 emergency appointment is being given if the school start date is within 3 weeks (on paper they say 60 days though).

-- Dropbox available without proving emergency.

-- H1B first time after lottery appointments not available unless you can prove emergency (like you are an Einstein).
