I thought its a dokku place until i moved there. Was there for an year. I really liked the place. I agree with all your points.

spoke to one of my distance cousin who did his masters in Oklahoma in 1986( actual ga ma dad age but naku cousin avuthadu) being a civil eng he did see the growth in USA esp real estate but kind of settled in dfw area entire life. He asked me one simple question when I called for his suggestion regarding investment in Austin. “Imagine you are in Bay Area when Silicon Valley was starting to boom with new software and tech companies? may b not because that time people might not have idea about these companies and might be feeling bad that they never invested in bay area. But now you are completely aware of what these companies are doing since past 3 decades or more and how successful they are and do you still need my suggestion to decide to invest or not. “

If it is good enough for multi-billion dollar companies, it is good enough for people. Silicon Valley vaddu, silicon hills ye muddu. Go ahead.
