I suggest gold. Stock market is overpriced as well. Except EV and pharma stocks all others are very much stagnant or declining.

Never ever "invest" in gold , only use it as a temporary refuge .

If you don't trust me there is a famous Harvard paper that outlines why gold is a terrible investment over long term

India lo different le , real estate will keep on growing . Especially if governments develop infrastructure outside big cities .

Huge potential for growth in india but US is saturated market , they already have basic infrastructure built

India lo they will do something , investment /airport for the sake of real estate

Airports are actually needed for defence purpose too . Small airports are actually a smart investment if they develop the associated infra around it and the city nearby .

Airport by itself is uselsss . Connecting road network , safe environment , good facilities for education , hospitals , proper municipal administration , etc 

Municipalities ki freedom isthey proper ga develop avuthayi but not a single politician wants to give up his power and distribute it .  Airports will work as a multiplier for a city with proper foundation ,migathavi emi lekunda pedhaga use undadhu .

Housing is 10-15 down already will go to 30-40 percent next year, Stock will start falling in a week or 2 or already started - gold can go upto 2100 to 2500 in 6 months - Gold based Crypto might come soon or already there .
