Can a normal farmer go up against a coorporate house like Adani , Ambani and get justice in india ?

Three supreme court judges have worked with RIL directly and many high court judges all over India are in one way or other have a financial relationship with RIL .

How can a small farmer go up against these fellows ?

Congress gurunchi separate thread vedhamu . Why is there no legal safeguards to small farmers in these laws ?

A normal farmer will never be able to stand up against Ambani or Adani, even if it’s BJP rule or Congress rule. Forget about Ambani or Adani, A farmer cannot even stand up the middle men. Not just under BJP but under any government, it is the same case.

Let farmer be a farmer, let’s not make him run around the courts in the name of safe guarding their rights. They will loose more understanding their rights than safe guarding.

In a nutshell, farmland will be grabbed by corporates by offering high prices... Traditional farming will die...

Amaravathi farmers laga book avutharu... farmers..

it is unavoidable. there are no easy answers to this question. market reforms are a work in progress, and needs transparent dialogue between stakeholders on the realities of today.

here, the govt wants to pass the buck of procurement to private, and thinks that it can save a lot of money in the process. But no, as experience in Europe shows, govt still has to give subsidies to the corporates that control the agri market to keep the food costs low.

something that it is already doing to small farmers.or atleast is pretending to.

so its a choice for the govt. to pay the small farmers msp, or the big corporates.  Food is subsidized, regardless. world over.

the funny thing about free markets is, it doesn't encourage innovation in commodity markets.. there's not much room for cost cutting innovation there without underpayiing the labour. It needs external stimuli (subsidies) for the innovation to happen.

eventually, corporates will dominate farming. you can't help it. only large farmers can stay in business, and when they have additional sources of income.

lets improve the farmers income? hmmm?? is that even a criteria for a bill that is promoted as 'Farm bill', rather than farm procurement bill'?

avunu ee bills vunna okatey lekhapoyina okatey, andukey except punjab or haryana no other state farmer is making much noise.

this bill cosolidates the Indian market for cereals. Punjab lo kooda msp teesesthey, inka price thagguthada ledha?

its gonna devastate the farmers in the short term. all over India. not just punjab.

Things are changing and agriculture is also chnaging...5 acre output ni 2 acres lo testunaru, mechanized agri baaga joru la vundi..next gen farmers will do farming completely different than their predecessors.

Just look at farm loans man..annual ga oka 2 lakh crore, more or less zero interest mida vundi, free capital, no taxes on agri business, incentives kinda thousands of Crores, subsidies kinda few thousands of crores, free power, look at fertiliser bill..

intha subsidized inputs vunnaka kuda MSP fix chesi avasaram vunna lekunna procure cheyadam, okasari meere alochinchandi...

This system is wrong, the concept is wrong..Yoi cannot manipulate system for too long, you cannot create and sustain artificial pricing with our actual demand and sustain it for too long...There is a breaking point and of these laws are not taken care of now, from being backbone of Indian economy , Agriculture will break India’s back bone forever..

Okasari velli chudu, almost zero %...most states subside chestayi. Effectively for this year, We paid 3% interest rate on our farm loan, which is expected to be reimbursed next year at renewal. for almost 3-4 years, we did not pay considerable interest on them..

every 5 years, farm loan waivers...much more than you pay in meager interests cumulative.

Procurement ni privatize chesthe evadu loan teesukodu ani chepinana ? Induke, eeka ni patuko vayya ante peeka ni patukuni lolli chesthav

Oka pani chesdam aithe, all kinds of subsidies teesesthe, oka 2-3lakh crores anna save avutayi, let’s pay them per month to farmers..like monthly pension as per their farm size..and let farmers grow what ever they want and sell to whom ever they want at their own price..

Then you will see the actual cost of food on your plate
