B2 Extension

Hi,

I am thinking to extend i94 for my parents and i have few questions as i never did it in past and they never stayed for more than 2 months please kindly help me.

 

1.  They initially got visa through my uncle sponsorship who is citizen ippudu nenu i134 affidavit of support fill cheyacha?  He is into top security clearance job where he cant sponsor ( May be he can but i don't want to trouble him asking).  Since he sponsored for visa ayane support cheyala?  

2,. They have 6 months validity of visa from extension of i94 date requested  in this scenario approve ayye chance unda ?

3.  My parents are honestly not willing to stay oka vela approval vachaka if they want to leave can they leave or emanna issue untunda? _ I guess no but i am not sure so asking.

4. List of documents lo asalu na i797 adagaledu which is strange though they asked SSN and I94 number in i134. Ide common aey na or i missed any in checklist.

·         Copy of I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, valid through 01/30/2021.

·         Copy of passport bio-data and visa pages.

·         Copy of return airline tickets

·         Affidavit of Support (Form I-134), and bank statements.

go oto USCIS online account and apply online. koncham 200$ extra avutadi online..

on papaer cheste u can save some money.

370 $ per person if online and 370$ for couple if mailed so mail cheddama anukuntunna.

ur affidavit of support, supporting letter, stating where they will stay, expenses coverage etc...rayali.

mail in cheste, neeku recipt radaniki oka 2-3 weeks padtadi..

a tarvata fingerprinting appointment...

adi ayyaka approval notice vastadi...

but i strongly advise to apply it online , oka 370 extra aina, enduku ante Fingerprinting appointment letter chetiki vache mundu ne appointment date aipotadi...

Oh ok. Makes sense. I will apply online then. Oka account lone two separate applications fill cheyali kada or each petitioner ki oka account create cheyala? Actually i have my account can I create for both through it ?

@Spartan uncle .. extension beyond 1yr stay chesava for ur parents or in-laws ? ma friend extend chesadu 1st time .. now he want to extend for another 6-more months .. cheque inka credit avaledu antunadu .. 1st extension file chesinapudu within 2 weeks lo cheque credit aindi

i got apporvla for first one after 1 month expiry...

second di apply cheyali, but leaving on Dec 23rd...

vallaki adigite..inkoti apply cheyi annaru safe side.

I did it online and got the receipt right away... my parents left to India last month and still no update from USCIS... they stayed for five extra months though....
