Don’t advisable to stay more than 1 year. If needed send them back and bring them back

4. List of documents lo asalu na i797 adagaledu which is strange though they asked SSN and I94 number in i134. Ide common aey na or i missed any in checklist.

·         Copy of I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, valid through 01/30/2021.

·         Copy of passport bio-data and visa pages.

·         Copy of return airline tickets

·         Affidavit of Support (Form I-134), and bank statements.

2) yes. But, taking more than 6 months to come approval as fingerprints needed for extension approval. Processing delays

I94 extension here is called visa extension. Even you have 10 years visa it’s no use without i94.
