Are people from other regions ok with Amaravati being the capital? 

I, myself is not. I feel that place is selected as capital for obvious resons. But, atleast they should have chosen donakonda area or niziveedu area ani naa feeling. Atleast fertile land is not affected akkada ayite.

Its the aspirations of both parties that is effing up Andhra. The people who are affected now didnt question during TDP regime when the govt contracts are given to one sect of people. Ex: Govt contract to hotels are given to only one sect (I know someone whose hotel wasnt used by the govt since he is from opposite sect). Illanti situations kokollalu... That doesnt mean these reasons should be used by Jagan either. 

It hurts that someone lost their fortune, but farmers who willingly gave their lands do they really want to be farmers anymore? So please dont call them farmers. And whoever invested in Amaravathi area didnt invest in farmland either. So dont make Amaravathi a farmers issue. It is the issue of people who lost their fortunes.

Eventually lets dont put all eggs in one basket as before, lets decentralize the development. We dont need a city in line with NYC or Singapore. I want all andhra to be developed overall with sustaining GDP and HDI. I truly believe Jagan is  NOT the right person to achieve it though.

Jagan gadu kooda Nijam ga decentralisation cheyali antey , he should give all municipalities automatic share in all taxes paid .  State government should not be involved in day to day functioning of cities like all developed nations except to check corruption . 

Alagey amaravathi anedhi self finance city ayithey , minimum infra develop chesi , rest of the money they should should generate themselves without the help of state governments money .

The main problem is Andhra is

 salaries + pensions = 50% of expenditure 

Freebies = 30% of expenditure 

Debt payment = 15% of expenditure 

Capital expenditure =5% only  ,

5% tho emi assets create chestharu ? 

Chandrababu huge failure is he has not developed any infrastructure due to the same budget constraints . 

Without addressing this fundamentals , both are fooling the public
