I do 1 minapappu: 2 Rice ratio for Dosa.

For Idli no clue. I used same batter once and they were flop.

Enduko NJ, NY rendu places Nachaledu. Tho I had visited 3 times.

Nj nyc worst places meri.. weather is horrible., ma areas lo desi crowd is too much👺🥴 e telugu valla arbhatalu functions and ladies meetings vammooo anni chendalam akkade untayyi.. 🤧

chennai idly veru andhra idly veru. andhra idly aithey minapapu oka 4 hrs soak chesi with less water grind , idly ravva oka 1 and half hor soak before grinding minapappu. drain the water from idly ravva and mix in minapapapu rubbu fermet for 6 hrs
