My intention is to understand the natural systems of functioning. 

I believe that, as there are physical , chemical and mathematical laws by which all nature functions there must be a social aspect which every being or a group abides by. I mean to say that the inequalities that we see now in India are not just because of upper caste /lower caste, or britishers or Hindu / muslim, or something else. 

Are there any natural governing laws that dictate how a society functions ?

For example lion is a predator and will have a fresh kill most of the time , Hyenas/ vultures are scavengers . Now you cannot say lions are oppressing hyenas . And a healthy eco system contains all of them in proper proportions.

 Does this apply to Human society too ? For a healthy and clean human society you need all kinds of people, right from King to the trash collector. Now you cannot say traah collector is being oppressed. He is an essential part for the functioning of the society.

Division of labor aa thokka. When lower caste women or men forced as entertainers they were called prostituted and treated horrible. Now all cinema actors and actress are upper caste. when lower caste did jobs like haircuts they were disrespected as mangalodu but hollywood artists are all sharmas etc.

When lower castes made steel and metal work they were disrespected as kamsali - all steel plants are owned by mittals and etc who for generation never held a hammer in their hands.

Are not brahmins in IAS, Army cricket etc - why no division of labor for them. Diviison of labor ante all nice liesurely jobs taken by upper castes and shitty jobs for others. THe jobs themselves keep changing.

Yes you pick up trashcollector job they will pick up king. And you son will be a trashcollector, your daughter wont have enough clothes to wear like that for generations and generations.
