I've already said that the purpose of reservations is not to bring people out of poverty. 

there are easier ways to bring people out of poverty... like the ones you so proudly mention "I hire people of all castes" as if its a great achievement. That's the basic thing to do to qualify as a human being, assshole.

reservations purpose is to represent the diversity of our social structure in our govt institutions without allowing any one particular group to capture them completely.
