First figure out the reason why u r getting anger? Is it the same on your superiors too? U get angry on your superiors and burst out on them too? Or just with the one’s under you or subordinates??

Very difficult. But what you can do is, think if being upset us even necessary. If you can reason (rationally), most situations become trivial and not worthy of fretting over.

I used to get upset (angry) easy too. But with kids, by reasoning with patience, I figured out how to convey without getting upset.

Good, selfrealization itself shows that, you are thinking of changing it.

Now, when you get angry on something/someone just dont react..give it a good 20 min thought before you do anything. Silence will help you.

Give enough puck. Or no puck. 

That solved my anger issues. Giving too much phuck is the culprit of this problem.

Get a punching bag . Kopam vachinapudalla hit it . Workout ki workout , and stress relief.

Just respect yourself and give more importance to your self. 

 

After every angry moment, just think for a second if that situation actually worth killing some neuron space in your brain.
