Every year wasted now, will count more for retired life.

Someone told me that if your expenditure is 3k a month after retirement you stay for let's say 20yrs you would need 600k to live normal life, if no emergencies... 401k, social security untadhi uduthadho theleddhu.

 

I think this is a nice move for retirement.

Real estate investment is not for everyone ... returns come only after 5 yrs, and ppl can do lot of better things other than fixing homes. And on H1B it is riskier
