I'll start a restaurant and explicitly says no tips, make my daughters work there, and share the profit with everyone working there. that's the work which has value, because value is profit. INdian restuarant food is indeed horrible. But if you go bar hopping with various cocktails and some juicy meats its pretty good and spending $200 per person is worth it. Quote

I get what you are saying but do you notice these people who work in these hard jobs always try to be nice and cool (for me, that’s for tips) it means they are willing to accept tips and few people who are mean are really not in the mood for the day and do not care about anything.
