When did being busy became a positive thing ? 

AYina busy kadu ley i am not so much into TV. I don't even watch TV for 10 mins.  TV is a habit.

I love how the host laughs on air. she's got a lovely laugh, and I enjoy listening to her being happy. she talks about this kind of bullshit, and then I come and post here.

always tipped min 20% to all the restaurants that i have been.. 

i have showed so much gratitude that i even tipped 10$ for 10$ bill. 

I have worked my ass off as a waiter in a restaurant in the states in my earlier years, (aah them days tho)

I always used to look for tips, like a tip watcher guy, dam my body used to ache every night, it was waiter job, some used to give very good tips, some are like FkUC it, obviously desis who dont want to tip much (Not all tho, but mostly)

To People who are talking about tips here:

My friends used to work in steak house (all americans black and white),  they work 3$ per hour, their ass would be whooped by end of the shift obviousyl, i used to ask them hey how was your day, they used to say today was good, or some other day was bad, they feel very sad if they dont make any tips after working their ass off so hard back in the kitchen transferring food from kitchn to the table, taking them empty dishes, cleaning the table, folks defintely this ain't an easy job, my personal exp, i was ** up back those days when i used to work at a restaurant, 

There are many job that the employees get [paid on tips. Thanksfully most people in the states do offer some nice tips, and this aint anyway hurting them thiking in the slave way or master,,

Its the circumstances that they had to work in such jobs, i was once a waiter myself, making 6$ an hour, now obviously an IT guy with 150k, 

SO long story short, 

1. Please tip and show your kindness and gratitude. They're all working thier asses off to make few bucks a day, some of it comes from you to them, so please tip them, this is a request not a order or anything. If you dont like you can ignore.

2. Dont feel that when you tip, you're a master and the receiving end is a slave.. 

we are all humans, just because we are in diff class doesnt mean one is a slave or one is a master. 

There are rich and poor and middle class people, we are all humans, and we need to help each other and show kindness and gratitude in every dam way.

the experience makes me feel like some slave lord.

and with tipping involved, servers are expected to be sweet and nice just for tips.  US sucks in this matter

actually card lo ichina end of the day they will take cash. It doesnt matter if u tip in cash or card.

Card lo isthe ok alekka vuntadi..most restaurants manam iche  tips to servers will be shared with busboys and bar tenders. Worst is when a customer doesnt give tip, server still has to payout busboys and bartenders. That money comes out of their own pocket

i agree with you but i think most people in this thread are pro servers. They hate that they have to calculate the respectable pay for their server. I think most people will be happy to pay the bill which includes server pay. Just dont leave the server's livelihood in the hands of the customer.

I can give u a list of such restaurants from the place that I live in, even I don’t visit such restaurants. One thumb rule  is that Indian restaurants employ Indian students for cash and pay meagre 5-10 dollars per hour. I stopped visiting such restaurants. Some of my friends even told me that they agree to work for cash because that way they can do more jobs. It is exploitation on many levels. Ultimately they work many jobs and don’t study properly 😰, health spoil avtadi. By chance dorkipote visa problems for them.
