But it would damage his reputation and he will be the first person to step down as CJI and has to go through the enquiry.

Yes, he will be next CJI under the control of MoSha. If the current CJI starts the enquiry on Ramana now and Raman comes clean before he assumes the position, he wouldn't under control. But current CJI start chesthunattu aithe em ledhu.

HC is no perfect. Even SC lo kooda differ avutharu sometimes. Nuvvedho a few exampel chooyinchi HC antha thappu annatlu chepthunnavu. Govt ki enni against ga raledhu SC lo? Consider those also. Mojority of cases lo Govt ki SC lo against vacchindhi. Some cases lo Govt ki favour ga vacchindhi.

Okay. So, what do you think the outcome will be ?

Say if the bail is cancelled today and Jagan has to return to barracks but Do you think its possible today without conviction ? 

Even if there is a judgement in this case and Jagan is proven guilty, entha correct judge padina kuda, higher court lo appeal tho lopalki vellekante munde bayataki vastadu, remember its corruption case where government funds are not directly involved, just like 2g case where loss to exchequer is showed as extent of scam but not a penny was eaten. and imposition of sentence will not be severe like in the case of TANSI or Fodder cases. Coming to quid pro, You can call Jagan as dumb as well as clever, his quid pro will be very hard to prove in the court. Coming to money laundering cases, you must be really joking. Money laundering cases lo last 40 years la okka case la kuda proper judgement raledu and rabodu kuda, cases will  be filed but there will not be a judgement and even if there is one, will be contested in higher court of concerning agency fines tho bayatpadutaru...atleast 50% of FDI investments in India can be tried for money laundering.

Judges are neutral. So judges meeda normal public protest lu seyyoddu. But sanmaanaalu matram seyyochu.
