ee pre-approval ki kuda agents untaru anta kada baa? if we do it by ourself any benefits?

Pre-approval is pretty much a dummy thing where we live. If you have a good credit history, you will receive pre-approval (without any credit check) in 1 hour.  Real Estate agent can give you details of the lenders from his contacts

You need to shop around bro.. make sure you are shopping around within 30days.. Also, pre-approval gives you an idea of your purchase power.. you can then decide whether you want to make such investment on a monthly basis..
