Actually thats the least reform we need. Because adikeshavalu can be easily removed and as a matter of fact he has been. But you need to change the entire orientation from take take take to more service oriented place. And also make it more meritocratic.

These liquor barons do donate a lot. INfact if you are powerful our temples, babas always put out a red carpet. Thats fine but they should not crush a oppressed caste people as they are doing now.
