A politician and a thuraka will manage well without any conflicts. Following India's independence, abul kalam azad became the First Minister of Education in the Indian government. Why don't we follow the same and give them power for 5-10 years and see what happens. If people don't like they will never give another chance. Abdul Kalam was raised in near Sri Rangam and has great respect of Hinduism. He did not hesitate to attend Homam and put Tilak, He was Patriot with good knowledge of Vedic scriptures.
