My guess that will not be case, since they have speed up and making process improvements.. things will be smoother for future applicants...as covid restrictions are getting relaxed in most states

If I was yiu I would take a gamble file just 485 , bio get reciept notice and file ead ap through digital center After getting reciept

can you explain what citation you got ? I got careless driving due to an accident 5 yrs before, now my attorney mentioned she is researching and little concerned..my long weekend got screwed..

Medicals submitted bro. PD is in Apr 2011 EB2 and yeah 140 approved

Citations and speeding should be fine unless DUI. Few attorneys say no need to mention speeding ticket and some say we should mention and explain. I got speeding ticket in June 2020 and I filed my 485 in October. I forgot to mention but my case is approved.
