If yku filed a downgrade no need of 485j bro unless you are changing Job, lin src ninchi case transfer avutadi anukunta to msc or local field office so far not even single person got mdical rfe or anything

I am talking only about AOS EAD. I know to get gc for 2017 people it may take a while.

Can we expect ead's for Jan 2017 ?

Every body files at Dallas lockbox bro if it has 140 downgrade or 140 ammendment like SII it will go to LIN or SRC based on region you live if it has no 140and its direct it goes to MSC

I think it depends on their staffing plans and processing speed bro.If they decide to process things faster in fy2022, defintely Jan2017 is possible

1) Attorney fee for doing Downgrade ?

2) R Reddy telling we can pay minimal amount to attorney for preparing AOS application & downgrading to eb3.How much we can pay initially?

You can just put the pending reciept number bro
