No No No. bro you have to be in similar proofession you can have icremental growth like software devleoper to leadd,-> Manager->Director etcc etc but it has to be in software development

Kontha mandii business minded people  heard they will run payroll at some known compaanies and do lot of business ani vinnaa no personal or first hand info though

I have plans to travel india this November, h1b visa expired, expecting EAD/AP by that time .

Any idea if we can travel in British airways or some other airlines via Europe with valid AP.

Please share info if you any..

nen from 8 years nunchi A employer tho unna(H1B validity april 2022). Last year june lo B employer degariki transferred got approved till 2023. But last October lo downgrade kosam A employer degariki moved.

but maa attorney gaadu chinna mistake chesadu like oka application ki check and other applications ki credit card form adigadu. Uscies rejected the application due to mix of payments. 
 

due to frustration april 2021 again moved to B employer Perm filed on may 1st week (PWD all approved). 
 

but ipudu andaru September lo eb2 and eb3 final action dates current avuthay antunaru or atleast filing dates ayina move aye chances unay kada.

 

perm ipudu atleast 6-7 months padthundi antunaru. 
 

A employer ki situation chepanu if dates move aithe can i come back in September ani he said i cant promise anything for future we can discuss when time comes anadu.

so stay with B employer and wait cheyala leka better go back again to employer A?

Please don’t take this route people had bad experience for suppose ur flight gets delayed or some tech issue 

always either Dubai or direct flights or better this is my suggestion

As h1 is active bro in old employer wait till Sept 15th , kanuko they have not revoked it

You can just join on September 15th work it out with employer 

90% chances unayi yiur filing action dates will become current in october so if old company pay work ok aithe kon ham mundu velina no harm , current employer tho kastam

Also your old employer is friendly he can file without joining tooo as future employment you missed the boat last year don't miss again good luck bro
