credit score bank statements are no longer aplicable bro 944 form is gone anduke the list is nothing now except our 797 birthe certficates 

affadavit with initial ibirth cert is fine

Does this happen to only concurrent downgrades filing cases ? or straight concurrent filing cases too ?

I have a friend who changed companies and perm is still under processing . But his final action date is already current . So once his perm gets approved ,  should he apply concurrent 485 filing or first get 140 approved ? Which one is better for him ?

Not sure on straight concurrent cases bro as I have no data but what I have seen if 140 is involved it will go to Src or lin based on the region 

Get the 140 approved bro  that's best in my company few people had direct no downgrade involved but because company had some name change they had to ammend it still went to lin

Quick question.My I140 premium status says "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent".Is there any chance they can still return back the application saying PERM not found

Don't think so bro some how these LIN became little weird maa coworkers vi may 28th accept ayindi ninati varaki approval raledu bro no rfe no approval its just lying therr I am thinking because cases increased now a days thy are taking more time not sure whats going on. Naadi second time accept ayaka 4 days lo approval vachesindi it was back in April tbough

I agree bro.Its very wierd in LIN.saw a case in trackitt where someones premium was returned after they accepted it
