Best case scenario bro. Worst case, I will only loose $5k. Current employer i140 ki em kadu ante poyedi em Leduga bro previous employer tho cheyiste

Remotest of Remotest chance if ability to pay issue valla 140 query padi me employer answer cheyakappthe (because you did not joined kada ani) existing eb2 (this is very very slim) ki emina avutada anna analysis oka sari attorney ni kanuko bro just to be safe on all.angles when you are working for the company the pay slip is proof for ability to pay @Netflixmovieguz

Guys need suggestion!

My PD Feb2012(EB2), filed 485 and i140 downgrade on 29/oct/2020 with no medicals with LIN service center, Biometrics done on Apr15.

Should I upgrade my i140 to Premium or is it too late? not getting honest suggestion from attorney, submitted a out of processing time case inquiry last Friday(as lin has 5.5 to 8 months processing time).

Heard downgrades they might not consider as regular processing time(not sure thoigh)

Usually anta i a also not sure what people say is if you have interview , they will send a letter saying to Submit medicals or in the interview letter get the medicals kind of thingi directly to the interview center instead of posting

@csrcsr: as you mentioned earlier, i asked my attorney  to file 140 separate and the rest separate, he said okay but he also mentioned it doesn’t affect my application as mine is straight eb2(pd jan’11) as we are anyways doing premium.

it only affects downgrades anta.. but still he said if I want he said he can file separate and once approval received, we ll file the rest of AOS together.

So after approval, he ll send 485, 485j, 130, 765 together as he explained!! 

anything missing apart from this based on ur exp?
