Ead ap we will get bro if not now we will get some time soon but for gc 485 this is once in oppurtunity ina decade , and if they process there will chance for filing date to move further ahead which gives oppurtunity for next unless they do some.magic looks the wastage is going to.be huge

nope...only premium rejection notice came one week ago..

so waiting 30 days to re-apply  @karna11

since it is downgrade, we cannot send original 1098 form..adi EB2 140 application lo untadi....apply chesi 5 yrs aitundi..

so EB3 ki only xerox copy pedtam...

for premium, since they have to find out the original copy, and it takes time...anduke premium reject chesi..

memu vetakadaniki inko 30 days kavali...dani tarvata malli premium apply cheyandi antunnadu USCIS vadu..
