It's purely random it's denial at the front office it self as we don't have original certified perm (we submitted with eb2) so they won't cut the cheques they will send it back , we can apply after 30 days in the mean while they will search for the perm submitted once we apply after 30 days it will be approved this is applicable only for downgrades

some are saying.. getting Perm from intra office will take about 10-15days, by that time, PP SLA (viz 15 days) will pass, so they usually issue an RFE or deny the application to buy time ani vinna

yes they need time to lookup perm so they are denying i front office thats not consistently though
