EB2 Oct 2016 priority date, is it better to downgrade now to EB3? please advise.

and BC Ledu, non availability certificate ithey sampadincha. Parents tho Affidavits eppudu tesukunte better? Expiry date untadi uscis ki like it should be 60 days before filing to USCIS

Medicals ki 2 years a bhayya? So we can take medical tests in September to be ready if dates move?

If u do downgrade 140 now it's additional cost. U can do in sep.

affidavits appude tesuko man ippati nunchi enduku. last year oct lo stamp papers dorakaledu ani talk hyd lo so get that thing done first as your dates move.

I-140 concurrent apply cheyachu if EB3 dates move to your PD. Nee PD ki ippudu appude GC expect cheyakku so I-140 concurrent chesina ippudu chesina pedda difference undakkapovachu. just keep all documents ready.

maa time lo both medicals and signature used to be valid for 1yr.. recent years lo marchaadu to 2yrs validity but signature of doctor on the record is valid for 60 days only.. so, medical tests cheyinchukuni documents maatram query vachinappudu teesukondi.. in fact I recommend you can get your tests too done when you get a query if you do not live in a desi dominated place.. (doctor appts problem and price gouging vunna places avutey)

Enti almost 120K quota use chesaru anta kada e year. Is this true ? Nenu trackitt lo chusa. I don't know nijama Leda evadi calculation vadidha ani. If that is true e 3 months lo enkoka 100K cheyygalara ? Asalu wastage oka 50K kanna ekkuva vundadhu ani speculation? Nenu May 2012 e June ki vasthadi anukunna  EB3 poyindi but EB2 snail la vundi. 

@snoww @csrcsr any idea asalu enni approve chesaru entha wastage ani. As per my opinion below 75K-100K wastage ante we are good ne ani. Nenu 100K wastage expect chesa.

No official figures released yet. Even 75k wastage is also very bad. Such wastage Wont help much next year dates movement and might cause retrogression next year some time once they calculate downgrades. 

next year their focus will be on clearing FB backlog once consulates fully open. So this year is best hope to get spill over applied without wastage.

Even charlie vuncle is clueless on how uscis is working. So even his numbers will also be somewhat guess. We will probably only know in october. 

Charlie vuncle moved filing dates in July bulletin. And uscis said they won't honor them. Pretty much tells they have huge workload.
