request submit chesaaka, USCIS clearly mentions effective date.. aa date lopala update avutey old address ki veltadi.. but you can submit a mail forwarding request with USPS at the same time or ask USCIS for another copy. They will send it.

USPS mail forward ni trust cheyalemu bro.Na wife H4 approval mail forward chesaru but H4EAD ni back to USCIS pampincharu since there was a USPS tracking number

that is supplementary action.. primary action cheppanu.. adi cheyyi.. address change will not affect your application processing.. typically, your change will be effective ~3 weeks.. one-two weeks for them to respond and they typically give one week as effective date..

Never do usps mail forward bro..for gc related stuff if you are pretty close. .they will return any uscis mails..if possible go and pick from old address if possible..
