premium services ki nuvvu kattukovachu but I don't think you can request that as changes to the application (even though not a change but you are affecting the application) need to be made by the petitioner only. So, either make your employer or your attorney send that check.. or employer written permission tho you submit acting like employer..

Yes. Next year spill over will be mostly higher than this year. 

But have to see if they will honor it or waste it. Next year there will be too much pressure on them to clear FB based applications first which might result in spill over wastage.
