I am atleast hopeful for next year as they had enough time to plan. Next year kuda wastage unte...then they want ppl to be stuck in backlog.

I don't have such hopes.next year there will be more pressure on them to handle FB backlog which is getting huge.

In ideal world DoS and uscis need to discuss and coordinate the date movements. But that is not happening. He just wants to move dates regardless of uscis work capacity. This is causing this whole system to be pure lottery who gets GC.

Possible. I think after last year funding issues...they will be saving money and not hiring too.

I am only saying the only beneift what we are getting is EAD , AP (Avi kuda raledu vastayi emo ) inka GCS madichi pondi ani maaku cheptunadu like 2013 2014, next year kuda move chestadu. 2016 varaki almost eads vastayi

Last year varaku decade varaku raadu anukunnam e year EB1 clear ayyindi. Anything can happen bro. But problem is they are accepting all docs and saving them in their cabinets. Lol. Better entha varaku cheyyagalaro antha varaku accept cheyatam and CO babu kuda USCIS tho oka disco petti move cheyyatam. As per law he is moving but asalu handle chesentha ledu akkada USCIS ki.

Don't be surprised if dems sneak in a bill in some other budget bill to save FB based numbers from getting spill over to EB next year
