filed for Eb3 downgrade… no biometrics.. no change in status after the receipt numbers were created… 10 months avtondi.. 

anyone in this situation?? 
 

also, guys with 2013 pd.. are you getting ready with the medical tests in advance or waiting for the dates to move?

Did anyone face this issue? Should I get new DOB cert from India ?

You mean name itself spelled wrong ? if yes, That might be an issue.

Exact Applied date enti? There are Many who are in same situation like you who applied in October last week. 

October first 2 weeks lo apply sesina vallaki, last week lo apply sesina vallaki huge difference.

If you can get corrected since you have time that's great else inka time vasthe get affidavits to support
