Nenu Java dev e  , aws exam epdo ayipoyindi bro 2 years kinda working on cloud pai paina vochhu more than cloud everything leet code is lo form loki ravali and design , almost all companies we have to clear a test it can be in form of leet, Hackerrank, or simple code pad , design at least grokking 

It cannot happen overnight The problem is tons of material available ollu vamchi sadvali practice cheyali

Sorry may be we discussed this multiple times in past bro but again what do you recommend? -Completely switching to EAD or continuing on H1b status with EAD/AP as backup?

The problems I foresee apart from 485 issue vasthe etc etc immigration status

The other problem might be (not sure if they introduce premium) if AP renewal  is in progress and we have to travel in emergency , no way we can come back in at least h1 unte you can get stamping later , AP mida I think it gets invalidated once you travel and cannot get it if you are outside country afaiak , premium service start chesthe no issues anukunta but ipifu unna situation unte kastam
