I have done Syphillis, , TB couple of days back,  Gonorreha cheskovali test..ee week physical eeli naupudu MMR, Varicella, tdap, ki tests rayi manta.. You only need MMR and TDAP. Varicella is only needed if you had chickenpox as child. Also note, if you get the vaccines from CVS, TDAP and MMR is single shot and you can simply take that as proof to Civil Surgeon (USCIS approved lab doctor) they will draw your blood and complete I-693 in 4-5 days. 99% our insurances cover these vaccines. Civil Surgeon also carry these vaccines but they charge $100-$120/shot + Lab cost around $250-$300/person. So taking vaccines from Pharmacy will save you another $400/family at the very least. Some pharmacies like Walgreens or Civil Surgeons say you need two does for MMR (Don’t go with them and ignore) because only children require two doses, adults are good with 1 shot and USCIS requirements doesn’t say you need two doses of MMR or Varicella . Walgreens generally give two shots of MMR and 2 shots of Varicella (if you say you had chickenpox as child) and they force you to wait 28 days apart from second dose. Please do your due diligence by calling multiple people around your zip code (pharmacy + Civil Surgeons). This is your job. Also, make double sure your Civil Surgeon can issue Medicals if needed like second copy (they charge $40-$50) to give new copy but this will help in case say 6 months from now USCIS wants you to resend then you can simply mail with updated date.  Awareness is very important. 1 Quote
