Hi bro,.I didnot understand your logic here.Incase huge spill over unte in 2021, it will be good for 2015 folks if prior guys dont upgrade to PP as CO will not know exactly how many are in EB3 queue for fy2022 and so will move EB3 DOF into 2015 kadha?

Pp ki upgrade cheste they are close to being documentarily qualified since BMs are done. Medicals rfe vesesi vallaki number assign cheseste this FY utilization % can go up for downgrades. CO is already cautious due to downgrades and not looking to move the date beyond 2016 anyway.
