Yep. So many. Reasons vary. USCIS wanted to buy more time requesting the labor from elsewhere when they couldn’t receive it with-in 30 days.

Based on our office slack all of them are on LIN who ever waited 30 days and applied all got approval and few RFE (not returned)for more doc for salaries , its around 400 applicant pool in, for us there are no directs most of them are downgrades or SII because we had legaal entity chaange, even in db so far same behaviour may be rare cases
