MSC picked only after July 20. Even at 1k per day count (50% of approvals) , only 50K can be issued from MSC before Q4 ends. LIN and SRC have to issue minimum 15K.

 

According to this, entire SO is going to be wasted. Only a miracle can stop this wastage.

I feel they will try their best to honor some part of spill over so that they won't be blamed in court in future.

We can't believe anything they might be busy with the h1 lottery apps..they are not doing mass approvals .. they will say we are doing our best considering the capacity..they are not accountable to anyone.. we need approvals this month t avoid last minute rush otherwise business as usual

Instead wasting GCs , why can’t they move FAD to till 2014 end for EB3 . As Some of the folks who have submitted all docs , and their case preadjusted ? What’s wrong with this approach, probably retro when they know count of downgrade? Enlighten me
