I’m sure USCIS may have their biometrics somehow. There is no reasonable explanation why would they issue EAD for some without Biometrics, right?

Let’s assume oka 170k approvals aithe this FY and EB India gets 120K out of this, does it mean they were able to use 80% of SO? Waste ainavi ROW visas anukovacha?
