Simham0007 Posted August 9, 2021 Report Posted August 9, 2021 Question if anyone knows- If 2012 pd filed 485 in oct 2020 and 2011 pd guy filed 485 in Nov 2020, since both are current now, who gets GC first? I got biometric next week, but 2012 guy got EAD card approved.  Thanks    Quote
