I have several questions on dependent 485. Let’s disco?

1) If dependent 485 is pending, working on EAD, does change in employer warrant 485J?

2) On what basis, 485j (dependent) employment is filled to show job duties/responsibilities?

3) How is primary 140 related to dependent 485 job title/duties? 

 

P.S: Hypothetical scenario when Primary gets GC and dependent is pending with EAD. I saw this thread and I never thought about these before.

Talking strictly regarding dependent, imagine Primary get’s GC and dependent only had EAD. The above file doesn’t cover this w.r.t dependent.

485J suplement is purely for Employment based applicants only, which is the primary applicant in our cases.

140 + 485 simultaneous unte 485J avasaram ledu.

Updated my original post. So if Primary gets GC, then dependent can simply extend EAD without worrying about 485J?
