Hello All, I received bellow I-485 communication mail from USCIS,”We have completed a preliminary review of the application (LIN). As part of standard process we transferred your case to National Benefit Center (NBC), which has the jurisdiction”.my PD June 2011, RD Nov 2020, I-140 approved, BM done in June 21 and no EAD. Downgrade to EB3. Is there anybody crossed the above situation?
