He can travel and plan entry based on h1 if AP is not approved as @Spartan anna chepinatlu if any rfe ala padithe he has to take care,

travel on pending 485 no issues only AP ki problem

If an I-131 applicant travels based on a qualifying status (e.g., H1B, L-1) or an unexpired AP document, such travel typically will not impact the pending I-131

uncle just FYI  if you want to still beleive that murthy artcile which is in renewal context where you have active AP

Why did not you approach USCIS for emergency travel authorization? 

Tirigochaaka anna reapply chesundaalsindi.. anyway, easy.. I-131 reapply chesey.. free ee if you are having pending I485..

i don't agree.. this is what he can do.. he has to plan a trip to India less than 60 days.. one day before he leaves, he should plan on getting a resignature with his doctor and mail that packet to his legal representative/law firm.. explaining his travel plans.. RFE vastey, they can submit on his behalf.. signature is valid for 60 days.. by the time signature expires, he will be back in the US.. anyway, he gets some time after he gets RFE to make a submission.. unlike I131, medicals shouldn't require you to be present in the country.. only a resignature by a doctor requires your physical presence in front of the doctor..

emergency uncle .. 1-day lo we had to travel to india .. both my mom and dad fell sick .. situation was horrible then 

i informed my attorney's when I went to india .. and when I came back .. another AP file chesthaam annaru ..

@MRI uncle .. this sounds good plan .. but i131 still in pending .. just like me .. so what happens to his i485 .. even he will get rfe right for his i485 ?

in these covid times .. epudu india vellaalo nobody knows kada uncle .. they already had 1 tragedy .. so wat next ani .. incase if they have to travel
